Visa Information

The Czech Republic is a member of the European Union and part of the Schengen Area. Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter the country and attend CSI & EMSLIBS 2027.

We strongly recommend that international participants check the applicable visa requirements well in advance of their planned travel dates. Visa applications may take several weeks to process, so early preparation is advised.

Participants who require an official invitation letter to support their visa application may contact the conference organizers at csi(at)spektroskopie.cz

Please note that an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions are made by the relevant Czech diplomatic authorities.
